On Thursday, May 2nd around 8:30AM and later on at 3:25PM trumpet swans visited our lake. Eight birds in the morning and seven in the afternoon rested here on their way to summer destination. Besides that…on Saturday, May 4th at 6:40 PM a group of five pelicans arrived. What a delight! Almost two days in a row rarely seen birds in our parts have chosen Caribou Lake as a resting point! It doesn’t seem that pelicans have ever stopped at Caribou Lake before.<\/p>\n

We are truly blessed to witness such beautiful sighting!<\/p>\n
