In October 2015, Caribou Lake was stocked with 460 pounds of walleye fingerlings. That’s about 10,500 fish. Officials estimate that at least 5% of them will reach ‘keeper’ size in the next year or two.
Something to look forward to for next season!
*** Update *** It has been confirmed that the lake will be stocked with fingerlings again in the fall of 2017. Stay tuned for more information.
